If you are not currently registered as a medical doctor or have never been registered within your profession, and are therefore unable to upload a license to practice medicine for verification through EPIC, you must instead upload a certificate of non-registration indicating that you have never obtained a license to practice or had one revoked. A certificate of non-registration must be issued by the relevant competent health authority in the latest country of residence.
If you have resided in multiple countries, you may be required to provide more than one certificate of non-registration after an assessment is conducted.
The certificate of non-registration must hold the following information:
- Confirmation that you are not registered with a license to practice medicine.
- Verification that you have never been registered and that no previous registration has been revoked.
- Assurance that you have never been subject to disciplinary actions or any other adverse actions.
- A statement indicating that you would be eligible for registration if you were to apply today.
Alternatively, the competent health authority may complete the below form, which you can subsequently upload for verification through EPIC.
