We are closed between Christmas and New Year's

The Danish Patient Safety Authority is closed from December 24th 2025, to January 4th 2026.

However, emergency phones open during Christmas, just as other urgent tasks are carried out as usual. Requests for access to documents will not be processed while we are closed.

Letters can be delivered to our reception during opening hours or placed in our letterbox, which is accessible 24/7. The letterbox is emptied Monday to Friday at 8:30 am. Please be aware that we do not accept urgent deliveries by courier outside of our opening hours, unless the recipient has made arrangements for personal receipt and delivery directly.

As a governmental institution under the Ministry of Health, our activities are regulated by the Danish Patient Safety Authority.
