All applications for registration (license to practice) in Denmark are processed and decided by the Danish Patient Safety Authority.
To ensure the accuracy of applicants' degrees, verification must be carried out by the educational institution. There are two methods of verification:

Completing the provided form (Word format) and submit it directly to the Danish Patient Safety Authority.

Issuing a certificate with the same information, which must bear the official letterhead and stamp of the educational institution.
It is important to note that certificates or completed forms should be sent by the applicant's authority to the Danish Patient Safety Authority. Certificates or forms sent by the applicant or any other party will not be accepted.
