Please note that you will not receive a confirmation email for any additional documentation you submit.
January 1, 2018: According to the new study guidelines for dentists, upon submission and approval of your Danish language test documentation, you will automatically be registered for the next written exam. However, if you fail the written exam, your registration for the oral exam will be canceled, as the written exam must be passed first. Employment for Adaptation and Training Purposes:
After successfully passing the dental tests and completing the Danish legislation course, you will have 12 months to secure employment for adaptation and training purposes. If you fail to find employment within this timeframe, you will need to reapply to have your dental qualifications assessed for eligibility.
Please note that as part of your application, you must provide documentation proving 12 months of employment as a dentist if your dental training is over 6 years old at the time of reapplication (6-year rule).
The 6-year rule stipulates that your primary dental qualification will be considered outdated unless you can provide evidence of at least 12 months of work as a dentist during the six years preceding the new application date. It is essential that you were registered or authorized as a dentist by the competent health authority during this period.
